The room was super clean and stylish, with this cool Scandi vibe. The bed was so comfy. I legit could have slept all day. Having an iPad for room controls was a neat touch, and the Rituals toiletries made it feel fancy. Even with the train station nearby, the noise didn’t bother us at all! Totally loved the modern decor and spacious feel!

The vibrant atmosphere makes this place a standout, with extremely helpful and welcoming staff enhancing the experience. Rooms are well laid out and comfortable, ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring. Close proximity to the train station ensures easy access to city attractions, although parking isn't included and breakfast can be a surprise cost.

The lighting in the room felt insufficient, lacking the cozy touch that would make it feel homier. I was disappointed that complimentary water, which was advertised, wasn't provided. I had to request additional supplies like a kettle as only a coffee machine was available. The tea and coffee facilities left much to be desired with tiny cups, prompting me to buy my own cups and milk. Despite requesting a higher floor, I found myself on the 5th floor, enduring loud music from below after hours, which the website indicated would end earlier. The room, which was supposed to be soundproof, didn't meet expectations as I could clearly hear TVs from adjoining rooms. the tablet that facilitates room service had its moments of unreliability. requests sometimes vanished without a trace, forcing me to rely on direct calls to reception. These little nuisances did add up, leaving me slightly underwhelmed given the expectations set by prior reviews.

It was just a solid selection for a quick break in London with excellent value for money. The coffee at breakfast was really nice, just a bit pricey. Book taxis in advance to avoid delays.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
The hotel itself is beautifully designed. I enjoyed morning coffee on the terrace, which was a pleasant way to start the day. be mindful of late-night noise from staff and limited dining options if you have specific dietary needs. Consider asking the staff for menu alternatives!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
I stayed for one night and found the beds a bit small for sharing. The room had a few quirks, like tricky cupboards and missing essentials. the staff were friendly and breakfast featured a variety of delicious choices. Consider requesting more pillows for extra comfort!

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed live music at The Mezzanine and the DJ set was a blast! The hotel was clean, modern, and in a great spot for exploring. Just a heads up, the breakfast options could use more healthy choices, but overall, a fantastic stay.
We struggled a bit with coffee machines in the room. A kettle would have been much easier to use, especially after a long day out with friends.

We had an awesome stay with early check-in and a spacious room with cozy beds and great bathroom goodies. The rooftop pool and relaxing lounge area were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads up, the rollaway bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but overall, we loved it! 😊

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed the live music at The Mezzanine and the vibrant atmosphere was perfect for our group. The location made it easy to explore and unwind. Just a heads up, the shower pressure was decent but could be better. a memorable trip!
The only downside was the check-in delay. We arrived at 3:45 PM, but our room wasn't ready until nearly 4:30 PM. It was a bit stressful since we were on a tight schedule.
